  • seriously is it real

  • @gerjerry99 It's a real civil war re enactor portraying Robert E. Lee and giving very accurate historical information that isn't normally seen. I have posted the video without the special effects overlay on this channel. It's just meant to give people an historical view of what times were like back during that period and be fun. The performer did an outstanding job. The background violin came through louder than we expected though. We staged the background violin during the shoot.

  • Since when did Robert E. Lee have a tattoo on his right forearm???

  • @scottishwilliam1948

Since when did video exist in the 1860's? Modern video of a re-enactor that was manipulated to look old. It's just fun. Plus the re-enactor is giving a documentary statement of what Lee's life was like back in that period. In that respect this is a rare video view of those times. Enjoy.

  • may the south rise again robert....

  • Why is somebody practicing their violin through out the video?

  • fake.

  • Ok I get the point of the historical value of this however the title is very misleading. Please amend the title to say that this is in fact a reenactor that way somebody won't call you a fraud and it will end all of the bashing on your site. Deo Vindice!
