MLC chorale is singing this on Europe Tour, and I'm a bass, so I absolutely love this song! :)

Beautiful song mostly well done
the choir drifted slightly flat especially before the brass entrance.
also, intonation in the brass is questionable and in the first brass entrance that note in the trumpet was played as a triplet as opposed to what is written, a sixteenth note
overall good job though

brava to all of you who sang that high c at the end! I'm a low alto, so that's physically impossible for me. We're singing this song for our Christmas concert, I am way excited.
Also, altos and tenors forever.

Singing 2nd bass was so much fun on this song. I wish someone would post some more vids from this choral fest and from the last 2 cuz I sang at those too.

I was there, and I was swelling with tears. It's a beautiful piece.
On an unrelated note, there's too much foul language in these comments. It really offends me how such words have infiltrated our casual conversation.

I agree with the language comment.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
This is the most bitchin' piece I have ever sung. And that last note, for the Tenor's, that's a high A, that's an A ABOVE middle C. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, A = REALLY FUCKING HIGH. I SERIOUSLY considered punching myself in the nuts before singing this piece.

actually the last note is a high G about middle C for tenors. but there is a high A above middle C in there too. and yeah, i know what you mean. lol
