Your right, its totally not neccesary, and if anything makes your shot worse.
The arrow has left the boy long before that, i can understand she's trying not to torque the bow BUT she actually brings her arm down, THEN torques the bow.
Other than that pretty good form

It's a Hoyt UltraElite. They aren't in the new catalogue so if you want one you might want to get to your nearest Hoyt dealer ASAP.
