•In Deep water
•Position your assistant so the AAS is on the student side
•Skill Signal
•Your assistant closes your tank while showing what he is making
•Show your student when you breathe the needle drops
•When out of air get attention to your assistant and then signal out of air
•Locate the Alternate Air Source, secure it and position it the correct way
•Remove your regulator and blow bubbles
•Put the AAS in your mouth and clear it
•Hold on your buddy with the right arm (Roman hand shake)
•Steps to prepare the ascent with signals then deflator hose in your hand (stationary then swim)
•Cut the skill and your assistant will open the tank
•Remind the students about 1 minute
