  • Great rejuvenating pose for general fatigue. I do this right before I venture into the evening routine with my kids. It's taken the place of a cocktail!!!!

  • women do not do this or any inversion while you are on your cycle. you must do poses that encourage the outward flow of menses.

  • I've tried this before but I had strange sensations in my legs. they went numb, and felt sort of warm and cold at the same time :/ don't know if i should continue..
