she was a wonderful gymnast - I just thought the choreography was strange. No need to get all huffy. It just seemed more like performance art. Has nothing to do with her gymnastics. Sorry if my opinion doesn't match yours.

Actually, I'm not! I respect many American gymnasts for their power and consistency (Zmeskal, Miller, Dawes, Memmel, Johnson), but very few have stolen my heart. Being a huge Soviet/Russian fan, my favourite gymnasts are Dudnik, Groshkova, Podkopaeva and Kotchetkova, but I can't deny that Sveta on floor was spectacular! Plus, I had a major crush on her when I was a little boy ;-)
