Little Buddy the paralysed cat

My paralyzed "Little Buddy," who I adopted from the Toronto Humane Society recently. He is an amazing creature. He scuttles around and is really fast and sneaky in spite of his limitations. He is an inspiration to me. In this video I am trying, without much success, to get his to do him normal "insane cat" routine with the Cat Dancer toy. He refuses to dance on command. I don't blame him.
