If a Muslim woman follows Islam to the letter she is nothing but a baby making machine for the ummah (islamic community) but as most muslim women perfer freedom and human rights than the dictatorship of quran and sunnah they are technically already murtads (apostates) so its easier to leave Islam nowadays than it used to be as the taste of freedom and having an open mind to chose what you believe in is far more attractive than someone telling them what to believe in like a sheep.
