Trick is...
Penn and Teller find an "attractive" helper with a twin sister to do the trick, have one go in the box, kill her, whilst the other waits for her cue and fools everyone to think its all O.K.

i figured it out. they didnt kill her, they killed her stunt double.

I've seen this trick done my them hundreds of times, and this is the only one i've seen where she walks on afterwards. The trick isn't about her walking on, it's the fact that it was supposed to go wrong and they normally just run off stage, like in Bull**** and Fool Us

@kozmon0t Not sawed in half, but there have been real deaths from bad magicians doing the classic trick. P&T would never do a trick where if it went 1 in a million horribly wrong could injure someone.
