This is when Victoria Secret were focusing on selling nice lingerie. Now, it is teenage cotton pajamas. I rarely see anything pretty or feminine. The stores are smaller and the merchandise is limited. I have been disappointed at VS for the line of lingerie they have been selling and to me it is not lingerie. I might leave the store with one bra and panty set...that is it...I used to come out of the store with a full bag. Now, their shows have concerts and too much bling bling..not classy..

VS seems to be mainly targeting teens (high school and college students) nowadays, especially with their PINK sub-brand. I wish they would focus more on women in their 20s, 30s, and over.

@valerysgirl I agree w/ the sweatpants. I'm 19 but I dont dress all "cutesy". I like their jeans, tops, and shoes but I do admit that I like their PINK hoodies. I don't wear cotton or flannel to bed because its just not attractive. I think they have feminine things but obviously you won't see sophistication when you look at the PINK line. I think its a good thing that they have clothes and not just lingerie and as for the PINK line well thats separate. If you dont like then dont look :)

@ibangbigbangxo .....VS should only be lingerie and not teen stuff. The stores in the Malls have mainly went to cotton and teen stuff. I can barely find anything beautiful or sexy in the stores now...it's all too cutesy and not feminine...sorry, but a pair of sweat pants is far off from pretty...no matter what is written on the butt....sweat pants, not so classy. I am in my late 30's now, when I was in college, I never wore cotton or flannel. Femininity, I think, is a thing of the past now.

I think a lot of their stuff is really feminine, and I dont see how having a line for teen girls which is aimed mainly towards college students is a bad thing. The stuff I have bought from them was good quality and always lasts.
