They need to do a 5 second beep before the doors closure like in Paris Metro. It will help to the passengers to hurry up and enter the train at time. Also they need to do a continuous beep and not a beep-beep like now, and it need to be less noisy.

Anyway the passengers can open the doors from both sudes after the closure before the driver locks them.

But I think that it need to be a beep before the doors are locked. It can confuse people when the doors are closing, they'll think that the doors are locked
