It has been a while since my last instructional, but here is the start of a new batch. Here Shane of Fighttips.com explains how to better your endurance for a fight, through different tricks, techniques, and drills. Don't gas out in your next fight, because of poor stamina. Catch your breath, breath out of your nose, and stay relaxed.

Outlast your opponent, exploade while he is tired, and take the win!

  • @dragonslayer98767 It's more about getting used to breathing thru your nose due to having a mouth-guard in when your boxing.

  • Stress on your lungs =/= suffocating yourself. I'm a medium/long distance runner not a competition fighter but I've never heard of any techniques that involved restricting air flow into the lungs to improve endurance. Sounds like it would cause fainting from lack of oxygen and headaches/vomiting. But again, I'm a track runner, not a competition fight.

    Btw, your kicks in this video looked badass :P
