my nose is block all the time cant breath at all from nose and i feel some thing is building up in side the nose like a ballon thing n i have no insurance wht should i do how much this surgery cost ??

I had the sinus surgury with Dr. Setzen. My sinus infections have been reduced %95 and I have not been bed-ridden every other week.
