Truth is even if you were right, which I don't believe you are that is merely the tax associated with this, not the costs of your electric bills and increase in cost of gas. The UN is a joke and so is their scientific research where they distort statistics. we are in a cooling trend and we just came out of a mini ice age. There is no connection with raising global temperature and CO2 since we went through a cooling trend during the industrial revolution. The biggest factor of global warming and cooling is the Sun. To say that man made co2 can cause the earth to warm by entire degrees is laughable to anyone thats not trying to make money off this bullshit scare.

Yes, the sun does play a major part in the heating of the earth, but when figures come out showing that there has been significant increases in recent times, I take that as a sign to address it, don't you? Who says that man made CO2 warms the earth by entire degrees?

the politicians and the fear mongering scientists that are trying to get major funding to all their work( or just cold heart cash) by printing "global warming research" on all the letters they send to our politicians for research money. CO2 makes up about 1% of green house gases and of that 1% only 1% is man made. You trying to tell me that can significantly raise tempters to damage our planet even if it raised global tempters which it doesnt?
