The 2nd Amendment of the Texas Const: "All political power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their benefit. The faith of the people of Texas stands pledged to the preservation of a republican form of government, and, subject to this limitation only, they have at all times the inalienable right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner as they may think expedient."
***the last phrase is why he uses the camera

This Ridley guy isn't an activist about speeding tickets, he looks like a closet case c.sucker doesn't he. He isn't a hollywood actor so how do you think his lips got so fat. The way he talks at the start end of videos is the way people talk to kids
hmmm?

This is a public area, no one has any authority to order anyone about.
-
"My job is to do whatever the judge tells me to do."
"There is some grey goo on your chin there.."

You can't film in the courtroom dude! The police's reaction is ridiculous. It is definitely legal to film people- including police in a public place.

@robbybmt you have no clue on what you are talking about,,,lol,,this is not about his 2nd amendment its about FREE AMERICA and how we are being told how to wipe your ass !!
-
in ORLANDO they will not let you in court with any video or audio systems,,,,they will not let you know but through my self of nosing around you can go to the clerk of court's and get the tape and audio that they made of you in court ,,they have to give it to you but they will never tell you that you can get it,,you have to know what you are doing,,the "system" is a joke full of hole's and if you can find them you can beat them !!

I wish we had these kind of people in Miami-Dade County, FL; where the police are a mob.

The moron attempting to gain entrance with his camera says he is trying to exercise his rights under the "2nd amendment"...And this is one of Dave's Students? Dave, teach your "students" that the 2nd amendment pertains to the right to Keep and bear arms, and has nothing whatsoever with bringing a camera into the courtroom.... Once again, Dave and his "minions" continue to do the Free Staters movement more harm then good....what a shame....

Firstly,I'm not from the U.S....I'm from the U.K.. Now,I've seen quite a few of these videos and there seems to be a common thread. What the hell is wrong with these people (police and judges) ?? They don't want you to have what they do on record,so they start breaking their own rules ?? Brilliant move, well done ! And to start with the theats too, that's unforgiveable. So...they won't let him into court to answer his own case ??....fine,let them be ignored then ! Total morons. Unbelieveable !

This is ridiculous, I understand that he has rights, but the way he goes about handling himself is extremely unwarranted. "Do you intend to hurt me?" He is egging them on and trying to make them commit to a statement in anger, similarly to the way he claimed the judge was attempting to represent him. He is handling himself like a nut job and separating authority figures from their humanity. They are people as well, and arguably, not emotionless robots.
You got it, why aren't more people doing this? OK, I just got a ticket for going intbetween cars on a mototcycle when the traffice was a stand still and not moving, just needed to get accross the street and a stupid officer on foot saw me and waved me over. I was NOT hurting a thing or a soul. So I think I will take a camera to court. Thank you. I will expect nothing less then what I saw here!
