It is an ignorant policy to stuff our jail system with non violent offenders. Those non violent offenders of a prohibition, are preyed upon by violent law offenders. Ours system is set up now to cause more violence through gangs, and police overreaction. Prohibition does not work. Why is this so hard for some to understand. At the very least, have a non violent prison available. Over zealous cops, and gangs effect me more then any pot head possible could
