Anne Le, co-owner of Tamarine restaurant in Palo Alto, California (and former co-owner of Bong Su in San Francisco), shares this tip for making Vietnamese spring rolls at home: Dip your rice paper once in warm water. By the time youve placed your fillings on the paper, it will have softened to the right consistency.

  • @ferguslokc throw it and buy a new package; if it's smelly-then it's expired of not expired then process of making it was not done right. buy several and test each packet if it smells or not. you can always return them to the store & your money back.

  • hi, i bought some rice wrapping paper, however when i soak the rice paper with either warm or cold water, and it went soft, but.. it smell and taste a bit weird, so what is the best way to treat rice wrapping paper??
