UFO sighting

Saw this thing earlier in the day in the east and then it disappeared and reappeared that evening unfortunately (of course) the video quality sucks. It was no weather balloon as the winds were blowing pretty hard but it didn't move. I watched it for about an hour after the video stops then it disappeared again.

Umm no it isn't mars friend because a few clouds went behind it earlier on. I know the video quality sucks but what I saw was a vivid shape just like the craft you usually see on TV and also if it was mars as the day went on and the night progressed it would have moved through the sky, which it didn't.
