Sneaky sneaky. Since it's flippers trying to score a profit, I hope that every potential buyer is exposed to their little secret. Partial grudge for sneakiness, major grudge for trying to flip houses when the rest of us just want to buy a foreclosure at a good price.

Interesting road noise distraction. I was also a bit concerned that a 3700sft home would have a slab ground floor. It won't be fun if you ever redo plumbing.
