@mmafan35 chest is dipping forwards on the lift due to hips rising too fast, hip drive is good but way way over exaggerated in this video. imo the weight is a little heavy for form to be decent.

To clarify, I would consider Steve Goggins squat form as "a little excessive" with his lower back. Of course, he lifts double the weight, but that is how he lifts and he is only 5'8" or so. I'm 6'4" had my stance is a little more narrow than his. Perfecting my form is A priority and it is light-years beyond what it was in the recent past, but moving heavy crap is THE priority

Modi is really pissing me off with these PR's. I am trying to formulate a plan on doing a portion of Smolov before my nest meet, but I have to figure out how to do it and still train my bench and dl. Don't tell Modi. LOL
