This is a real alien technology display. This video does not show images of balloons whatsoever, the balloon story is a cover up made by the government, and the school teacher is an undercover government agent. Trust me people, no balloon on earth can do such manoeuvres, as those doing physics would confirm, such erratic movements is not possible for ballons at that height.
