If it isn't spawning after you got Zombie Genocider you have to wait for the ending and then it will appear

You just need to kill the amount of zombies for the Zombie Genocider achievement and recieve an ending to unlock the Real Mega Buster. Then it will be available on the next game you start, including Overtime and Infinity Mode.

you have to save the game before you get in the copper. or the game will not record you kills.and that means no mega blaster
