Dr. Tony Alessandra (www.Alessandra.com) tells a humorous story about how direct and indirect people react to standing in long lines. Isn't it interesting how people see a line and automatically stand in it?

  • I was just in this situation and did neither. I saw a big line, one cashier in the cafeteria, walked up to an employee and kindly asked for another cashier who immediately came out. Got a problem? Solve it.

  • Excellent!
