Damn! Check out the amount of detail that it's in this Vectex game...
Tunnels, shrubs, Pine trees, round shaped trees, Electricity Poles, Lamp posts, barriers, Rocky Hills and bends.
Thats impressive for a game thats only 4K back then.

I'll say the steering is touchy; moving my stick more than 1/3 over sends me careening into a wall. If only the sides of the track just slowed you down like in Pole Position...

I actually still have mine and it still works. I lost the games to it over the years. My game is about 30 years old. I love playing it good game.
I was at a local trade place and said "Do you guys have a Turbo Grafx?" and told my story about it (you can read it on the Turbo Grafx/Pad review that was just uploaded.
"Nope.."
"Well the only other thing I would get on the spot would be.. Oh, I dunno, a vectrex."
"Seriously? A guy just dropped one off and not even take any cash for it but our manager wants to take it home with him.."
"I'll give you $70 in cash right now for it."
"... ok then, i'll just tell him it didn't work. Give."

That is downright beautiful. What 2600 Night Driver should have been. The shear beauty that Vector Graphics were. And, be mindful that the source code is so small, ten thousand Vectrex games could have fit in one of our modern printer drivers.
