Not only is this experiment safer with hot water, the hard boiled egg can be safe to eat afterwords if you'd like. There is a way to get it out, it's easy. make sure the smaller end of the hard boiled egg is at the opening, wrap your mouth around the end, and if the egg is still in proper position, you won't have to blow as hard as you think. There is a safer way to do this experiment. Use hot water instead. Use the water you boiled your eggs in, heat some in a microwave or get it as hot as you can from the tap. let it sit for a couple minutes before dumping it out. quickly place the egg on top of the opening of the bottle, it should work just like the fire version.
