Conversion is not that easy with the AK. You need a new bolt carrier, a trip lever, a new safety lever, and an auto sear. The conversion can be, and has been, done, but it is not just a matter of filing something or dropping in a "lightning link" of some kind.

As a non member of any lobby group I thank you for making this clear and accurate video. Be advised though when you do present facts, those who hold different opinions will now focus on your personal motivations and character.  Every taxpayer in this country is participating in the murder of children in other countries.

Depends. Suppressors can be used to the advantage of safety for your ears so you wouldn't have to use ear covers to prevent you from going deaf after firing two rounds. 'Large-capacity' magazines? Define 'large-capacity' please. Bayonets? Well, if people ever needed to revolt against their government then yes citizens would find use in them. But regardless, people own these things because they want to!

There are literally thousands of different types of firearms with different mechanisms. So the casual observer won't know what all the are parts are, or what they do. It would take too much time and be too complicated for most people.
