Since God is Sovereign, Is He Responsible for Evil?

Many people who deny the doctrines of grace claim that the reformed position would make God responsible for the sin of man. Is this true, though? Like many other presuppositions people have, Mark Kielar shows that the notion that God is sovereign AND is not responsible for man's sin is completely Biblical.

@MrSlippin22 You're not answering the question. Did God make Cain murder Abel? Did God make the Nazis murder and torture 6 million Jews? Does God make pedophiles rape and murder children? You said men have no freewill to choose so answer the question.
