  • fuckin hate all these people goin 27-7 27-7 27-7. how many of them were you alive for? exactly.

  • they seem to forget that more than half of those 27 were played/won before 1970. ancient history.

  • You can have 2004 Sux fans. It's still 27-7 in Rings Bitches!

  • you picked a funny time to get cocky given the Rangers just kicked your butts..

  • Fair play to WFAN...

    From a Brooklyn-Bostonite...

  • @ClarkeIsFresh Well...77, 78, 96, 98, 99, and 2000. Not pounding my chest but should we apologize for the history? Before 2004 and 2007 how many people do you know that were alive in 1918?

  • Greatest collapse in North American sports history.

  • wish mad dog was still here to blast the red sox on their collapse, lol lol

  • @RIPMMD Actually it is even worse than that.

They won 20 championships in a 40 year span from 1923 to 1962. In the next 50 years they won only 7.

  • These fuckers don't remember 1960 or 1964...so they can't say how they felt when they lost those games. Jeez, Yankees seem to win "Well they didn't win the World Series, so they'll win it next year". Some teams are lucky to even be in that position, but to expect a championship year in and year out is just plain spoiled.

  • 2004 Yankees

    2011 Red Sox

    Which one is worse?

  • @ClarkeIsFresh 5, so uh...5-2, plus the more recent WS so we still win. U mad brah?

  • @0456wingdog what about 2007...can we have that too?

  • Ppl, red sox bust this season, was the biggest collapse in September regular playing season. Not, of all baseball history.
