@alexusofborg he says he can't sound as good as you do and he can't put on a show.... he's a bit jealous indeed and says you're showing off.. He'll probably need a translation for this one and I'll gladly do it for him!!! Thanks for your picking anyway, i liked it!

LOOKS LIKE HE'S PLUGGED IN TO THE WALL! WOULD'NT THAT BE COOL TO HAVE INPUTS IN EVERY ROOM IN THE HOUSE. HMMM! MIGHT RUN IT BY THE WIFE.

dude -that is bad ass! nice. Do you miss not having tone controls? or
volume for each pick up? is this Gretsch versatile in your opinion for variety
music,country,rock,oldies stuff, etc,,,?

@RADLADRICK Thank you, Rick. I rarely ever use the Tone-Switch on my 6120-1960 and I never use the seperate volume controls, just the master volume. This Hot Rod has slightly thicker wood for the body, the newer ones have thinner wood, which makes the a little bit more resonant in my opinion. Therefor the newer ones are a little bit more versatile and maybe better for your mentioned music styles, but this one should be also great for this.
