A male cat has amazed some onlookers with his behaviour to a female cat after she was hit by a car and left dead on the street in Kizilsaray district of Antalya, southern Turkey. Having seen the darling lying on the ground, the male cat started making massage-like movements, to bring the beloved back to life. The scene was likened to a cardiac massage one by onlookers. The female cat was taken to a veterinary polyclinic for treatment but died there

This so sad. What's sadder yet are all the people standing around not trying to help the injured cat. And the person who is video taping? That's sick. What does that say for humans? Cruel doesn't describe it. Can a cat's love be stronger than human love?

In certain parts of the world, these street cats are ALL over the place (like in Israel). People become desensitized to dead cats (sorry to say) but it is true. The cat looks dead and stiff though, I don't think that there was anything that could have been done for it except move it out of the roadway which someone probably did.

@AnastasiaAmorAuthor No, I disagree, I think the guy taking the video called the vet and it took a couple minutes to get there. i don't think the people wanted to get near them for fear of the male attacking while protecting his mate. I think it was more respect if anything..

I can't click like knowing someone could have taken the cat to the vet to see if it could be saved. Instead you had to video it and post it.. This is one of the saddest things ever. :( This just made me cry..
