A short doco outlining some of the issues faced by the wonderful people of Hlatikulu - a small town in the south of Swaziland. HIV and TB are the highest in the world. Almost half of the population are HIV+. The country is dying. More than 70% of the people live on less than $1 AUD per day. They are hungry, have no clean water supply in the rural areas and suffer for an almost non-existant health service. People's hope is kindles by a few NGOs like M2M and generous people - particularly Home-Based Carers who give so much. There are in excess of 150 000 AIDS orphans in this small country with a pop of less than 1 million
