Peter Pan - London UK

The bronze statue of Peter Pan is in Kensington Gardens, next to Hyde Park. The exact location was chosen by Peter Pan's author, J.M. Barrie. Barrie lived close to Kensington Gardens and published his first Peter Pan story in 1902, using the park for inspiration. In his Peter Pan tale, The Little White Bird, Peter flies out of his nursery and lands beside the Long Water lake - on the spot where the statue now stands.

...we have an identical statue in the beautiful Sefton Park in south Liverpool...its been recently restores+moved to a safe place after vandals destroyed it.J M Barry's story is wonderful,I've an original Arthur Rackham adition ...lovely

Kensington Gardens is high on my list when i finally get to london along with Baker Street and one of the harry potter tours!

I love Peter Pan, the story is so magical! Barrie was a genius even though he had such a depressing childhood.

Wonderful statue.

I went in London and it was a going around and around in Kensington's Gardens just to see it and finally when i saw it i was just like --> *_*

I'm really in love with Peter Pan's character..
