28 knots across the deck and steady as a rock. Two happy guys at the end of an eleven hour leg from Nishinomiya yacht harbour over to Ushimado yacht harbour. The day started with 35 knot winds but we didn't have a chance to video those. Bit busy sorry. By the end of the day we had some very nice 20 knot plus winds and had our boat sailing along very happily. http://www.smithweb.co.jp/

  • @opal1955 The BOAT is 30 feet, not the waves.

  • So where are the whitecaps?

  • 30ft? don't you mean 3ft? if you think you've got 7" going by your reckoning you're going to be real disapointed buddy

  • Get that weight up and HIKKKEE!!

  • Now this is sailing ;D

  • Wow, Very nice, The sailors and the boat seem to be doing very well despite the conditions

  • going for my first sailing class this week! Hopefully the weather will be better than these guys have!

  • Oh my GOD! (-:

  • March 24th Japan. Thats still cold in Japan. 28 knots of wind. 30 foot boat. short crew. I only see two guys. 11 hours of beating into the wind. Look at that spray coming off the bow. These guys are sailors. Maybe nuts too.
