主料 /四神湯材料1份(約60元)、當歸2錢、黃耆1兩、紅棗10粒、薑4片、 雞腿1支、雞翅4支、小黃瓜2條
調味料 / 鹽2小匙、米酒100㏄、芝麻沙拉醬2大匙、芥末醬1小匙、醬油1小匙
做法./
1、將雞腿去骨、雞翅切塊洗淨後放入鍋中,加入四神、當歸、黃耆、紅棗,再加入薑片和酒煮30分鐘後,取出雞腿肉備用。
2、取一容器將蒜末、芝麻醬、芥末醬、醬油混和調勻,小黃瓜切條狀排於盤底。
3、將雞腿肉切片擺在黃瓜上,再淋上醬汁即可。
