Nothing worse than an irresponsible pet owner. I say, the owner should be locked up! It looks like you're dealing with a real nutcase there.

This has been an ongoing problem with our neighborhood, where Earl and Kathleen Voight who live on Valley View Road in the Oakland Hills have repeatedly allowed their dog to terrorize our peaceful area.

Not only our pets are being mauled and killed from this vicious animal, but now there is a possibility that young infants are in danger of being bitten. We hope that the City of Oakland responds to our repeated complaints about this uncontrolled animal. The owner of this dog IS really scary.
