I worked for NCL America (as a back-waiter) when they had the Pride of Aloha in 2005. Got on in dry dock in San Fran and when that bitch docked in Honolulu I packed my bags and got the fuck off, didn't even tell anyone. NOW we go as passengers on Royal. OMG, it SUCKED! No regrets though, and I don't feel guilty or anything, just a job.
