The only thing you should use to reflow the solder is a proper solder reflow station. Using any other method runs the risk of screwing up your xbox360 permanently.

Just a tip, you don't wan't to spread the thermal grease manually, you want to have the heat sink spread it.

@BzRKxKILLER Might do, But you would have to gun the CPU as power errors are not as common as say a 0102, but they do ocurr, ive fixed 4 on a reflow machine by reflowing the CPU, try it and if no joy souns like a short circuit!
