FF6 Boss Series - #40: Magi Master

Now this is what more of the bosses in FF6 should be like. Oh well, they can't all be marvels like this guy.

Sadly, with as many Marvel Shoes and awesome evade as I have...eh, the only team member he could have killed without Ultima would have been Deaglan.

Heh, I always take Mog with the Moogle Charm with me this fight, since there's no way I'm fighting all the monsters in this tower. God, this guy's such a pain in the ass, even WITH Auto-Life!

You don't fight the monsters? I love doing it...lots of Magic Points. The only one that's troublesome is L.90 Magic...which you can just Vanish/Doom if you're really scared.

little tip,, cast protect and berserk to make him almost powerless, then to save yourself from ultima cast osmose or silence, idk if silence works, havent played in a while

That one was pure pain-in-ass for me. But I owned him just by leveling SABIN to 60 with ~6000 health so he just survived the Ultima XD

Was so pissed the first time i killed him, was not expecting an ultima final attack.... But then when i came back a second time i was relentless, by the 2nd time i discovered merton and fire shields. Poor guy would never recover from his permanent 3rd degree burns.

i feel like shit because I'm up to him now and i still only have lvl2 magics and no flare. i think i'll leave the tower and look for whatever esper has the lvl3 stuff
