Warhammer Online is based on Warhammer, which in turn is based on Warhammer Fantasy roleplaying which was I believe the second official roleplay manual to be released. Warhammer Shadow of the horned rat was released around the same time as Warcraft 1. So technically WOW is a copy of WAR

@Doctadeth It's a copy or WAR while it's story has nothing to do with WAR nor do the races.Whilst both draw inspiration from previous fantasy novels and Warcraft being one of the first RTSes. k

Altdorf and The Inevitable City are amazing, each with they're own feel and flavor. I really hope they add the other four capitals, I'm itching to see Lothern and The Fist of Malekith.

i play wow atm, got 1 lvl 80 , never got assed to lvl a new char. only this 1 char i play on. but now when i started to take a good look at these Warhammer vids i am considering starting on it. It caught my eye. And what Katsoja94 says is true. i have wasted several hours running round Dalaran wonder what do to. Its nothing else than raiding raiding and raiding- Doin dailies and etc. I want something new. I think i might leave wow until the new expansion comes and then try one out. GG all

and then i play wow for several years and it realy got boring when u have played wotlk lvls off couse thu just sitting there and wonderin what to do. so was thinking why u like wow?.

how can you say warhammer is a ripoff when ppl played this game as tabletop before internet... damn kids, learn the history or start over from the breastfeed again. dumb fucks
