Laser Tracking first Proof-of-concept

i wanted to create an application where you use a camera and a laser as your inputdevice.

good thing, rigid had already developed something for linux:

With his help and the idea from the nuigroup.com-community (multitouch) i got it pretty quick running.

of course the fps are too low, the calibration is off and my beamer/camera suck, but it works, and from here i can easily improve my work.

setup i used:
-lasertraq from svn
-ubuntu 7.10
-philips TuoCam 840 Pro II (pwc driver)
-regular red laserpointer
