  • I wish I knew more about what music is named what. For instance, I can hum some tunes but I have no idea what they are

    Someday everyone who loves this opera should catch the Metropolitan Opera production. I was fortunate to see Juan Diego Florez (Count Almaviva), Peter Mattei (Figaro), and Joyce Didonato(Rosina). The production is great no matter who is in the lead roles there. Bartlett Sher was the director...need I say more?

  • I LOVED Alberghini and Brownlee in Cenerentola, so I would have loved to see this. But I am partial to Cenerentola as an opera, so who knows?
