Some people call Lydon a sell-out. Well, in 2011 he wrote a guest chapter for my football book Theatre of Silence 2nd Edition. He never asked me for a penny. He didn't know me, didn't owe me anything, he did it because he believed in the message. I would have given him a cut of my royalty but he wasn't interested. Total respect. This was the clip that made me want to get Lydon involved. By the way, he told me that all money from that butter ad went to fund PILs world tour.

Well said that man, the arsenal used to be team of the workin classes of highbury, finsbury park, holloway road, drayton park... gone forever now to £5000 seats in a plastic shithole of a ground. Its our loss but whose gonna listen? The club certainly aint.
