@utahjazz9com the problem with that is there are a lot of self consious people. p90x is intense man and just an hour or two a day is like a full day at the gym

u guys are paying 100 dollars to learn how to do pull-ups and pushups lol just hit the gym hard there are many free workout programs on line

great results man. but it looks by the end you lost alot of muscle mass too. I'm a skinny guy, so I think if I did p90x I'd look like a frickin stick by the end of it.

how does this stuff get people so lean? such a thin mid section...goodness,...still dont know about buying it,...i dont like the thought of supplements to get a great looking body

Hey anyone doing this I just want you guys to know this thing is amazing. I just started but I was wondering something. Is p90x Lean for burning fat (as I have heard) but I have also heard it is just an easier version. Is that true or is P90x lean actually for burning fat?

The only supplement that I used was Muscle Milk Light. I use both the light and regular versions now. Check out my 60 day video for a picture of the bottle.
