Song: Illumination
Band: Textures
Album: Drawing Circles
Genre: Progressive Metal

Make sure you check the whole album out, one of the best that is ever made in my opinion :)

Lyrics:
Begging to differ
Your reign'll soon be over
The recipe for your demise had been boiled down

You need the courage to get the heart you always needed
The road will be long but soon you'll get there

Shameless, shameless
Trickery makes us timeless
But we never had a choise, and we never had a voice

Violence, violence
Bloodred coloured romance
And your scent gives you away
Gives us all away

[Wide awake]
[The secret]

  • @killswitchengage160 Sad that Eric left, but tbh, Daniel must be the ultimate replacement!

  • @masterd000 couldn't say it any better, Eric had one unique voice! don't know if i could get used to the new Textures.. will see

  • Meh, they 'were' amazing. Their newest album, Silhouettes is one of the most amazing things I've heard in a while. But what makes them stand out so much is their song structure and vocals.

If you didn't know their vocalist retired to be with his family. Which is really sad because just like Christian Älvestam of Scar Symmetry, he was one of the greatest vocalists in metal, capable of a pure angelic voice as well as the scream of the beast himself.

No, if anything, they were heavily underrated.

  • @m0eDr3adzz well, i think that they're way below decent... question of taste man

  • I think you mean 'Decent'. Descent is the antonym of ascent, which means 'to rise.' Descent thus means 'to fall', which is totally different to your meaning.

But I agree. They are awesome, not decent.

  • First. Band is decent.
