Just me filming a storm moving into Fort Worth on 4-17-08 from the West. A tornado was spotted near the town of Aledo to the west earlier from this storm. Notice the green sky before the Sirens started to go off at 3:40. I eventually had to stop filming due to a sudden burst of wind and hail/rain coming out of nowhere.

  • Did a tornado actually touch down?

  • @halomaniac07 No, it was just a rotating wall cloud when it got near my home, but a few miles west it did touch down.

  • Was it day or night when it happened?

  • @Thombomb56 it was in the evening

  • tornado sirens are terrifying. y weren't u inside??

  • @hippiegurl1972 No, this is how you know when your in Texas, when the sirens go off, you will see everyone outside looking for the tornado.

  • okay, seeing as the wall cloud was easy to spot at the start of the video, it took too long for those sirens to be activated. either someone isn't paying attention to the weather or the system is in need of upgrade

  • Has anyone ever seen 4 funnel clouds near the exact same time? Don't say it's not possible because it is 300+ of us saw it back in elementary school, One was over the hospital, the 2nd was just going over a train, the 3rd was at least 1 mile behind the first and the 4th was passing the school. ps. just a yes or no question.

  • This shit reminds me of our Joplin missouri tornado, that bad one -_-

  • @y0ureviltwin When I was a toddler, a funnel cloud went right over our house. It was in the middle of the night. My parents moved my sister and I to a safer area. A tree fell through the kitchen, all the shingles were torn off, and all 6 of the large windows in my bedroom were shattered. That's the closest I've ever seen a tornado and I don't want to do it again.

  • THAT looks like the mother of all storms Geez WOW!

  • wow, the skies look crazy. the front was moving in, thats why it was so windy.

  • @alejandra40100 TRLOLOLOLOL i am 11 to

  • @nick06111226 any tone can be used man . So really , unless someone presses the wrong button of their warning tone , there is no "wrong tone" . Chicago uses fast wail and alt wail for their tornado warnings. There is a county that uses plain hilo for theirs and etc . So ya, doesnt matter which tone they want to use as long as the stick with it .
