This is a tribute to Senator Robert McCallister, played by Rob Lowe, on ABC's Brothers and Sisters.

Robert was left in a coma after a tragic accident, a year later, his wife Kitty finally decides to let him go and he was taken off life support. Robert may be gone, but his spirit is free and alive. He will always be watching over Kitty and his family. His light will always shine on them.

I so miss him. I truly think the show isn't going to survive without him. HIm and Kitty is the only reason I started watching it. Throughout the show, you could so see the love they had for each other. They were the perfect couple.

@jessemac4ever2593 Just watching old episodes reminds me how much Robert has always been there to bail this family out of trouble, he was the steady one who they looked to when a crisis would come up. This family needed someone to balance out their crazy antics. Robert and Kitty were so beautiful. Now she's jumping into this new romance, and I just get sad because I still miss Robert so much. This new guy Jack will never compare to Robert.

Thank you SO much for this video.

You know I cried my eyes out in the final scene of the 4th season. OMG, it was soooo moving, even tough I knew Robert was leaving somehow (I heard of Rob Lowe quitting the show) I was still shocked by his death. The actors play was also fabulous, Calista, Rob... all of them, as usual.

Robert, we already miss you. I loved the character, adored the McCalister couple and nobody will ever replace Robert.

@BetaArtemis I couldn't have said that better myself I just started watching it, and realized Robert had died It's so sad thinking how far they've come in their relationship and how much they've been thru w/ his heart attacks & her cancer They were the best couple on tv I don't like Jack, like him on Army Wives not w/ Kitty I think that whenever the show does end they should have Kitty's cancer come back & have her reunite with Robert like they did on Titanic, Grey's Anatomy. That'd be so sweet!
