@CertifiedGooner729 exactly, marijuana is a non-partisan issue. Its supporters aren't just a bunch of 'liberal hippies' but because liberal politicians are stereotypically for marijuana people tend to forget the issue affects everyone. It doesn't help marijuana's cause that those liberal politicians also tend to be for some truly outrageous things sometimes.. It all seems like some great puppet show to me sometimes.

No matter, I was happy to see this from him because, like him or not, he does make a valid point for the cause of marijuana

@whiterthansaltines This is it (if you even have the ears to listen to it), as it is EXACTLY what the man introduces this video with.... he is saying that IF the law states that marijuana is illegal THEN inforce that (otherwise WHAT GOOD IS THE LAW???) - which, in turn, is exactly why he supports legalization - because it is so difficult to enforce. I just watched a video of a bunch of democrats saying we should legalize weed. Here we have ultraconservative Glenn Beck saying we should legalize it. I have to say, I agree with both of them.

The 21st Amendment repealed the federal ban on alcohol but allowed states to regulate its sale and/or prohibit it. Why can't we do the same with weed?
