  • @firedmotion I know the power of herbs but find a lot are gimmicks marketed for everything. This is one of them. Go into the ma/pa health food stores and if they are knowledgeable, I guarantee you they won't recommend acai berries for your thyroid. Acai berries have been promoted for the treatment of a dozen different ailments, particularly by Hollywood.

    You want vitamin C and a vitamin B complex with a natural source of iodine like sea kelp.

    This aint it.

  • @JonDeth In some ways yes you are completly right. But what I am getting at is sometimes the body has problems, and you seriously have to correct your problems first. I am not saying by just taking acai berries you are going to lose weight, but I am saying if you correct problems like a thyroid or whatever(this is just an example) it can be actually easier to lose the weight. When you have your body corrected then lowering down the calories & excersising is even easier.

  • @firedmotion utter nonsense. You either have an excess of calories you're not burning or you don't. How much food your body needs compared to mine for the same level of activity is a different factor but weight loss is basically accomplished by counting calories, building muscle through resistance training for a few months then adding consistent cardio so that new muscle burns weight.

    These berries won't clean your colon or balance your thyroid.

    Get a colon cleanse from a ma/pa health store.

  • @JonDeth - It can help, but sometimes people keep the weight off or gain it as soon as they eat anything bad. Its not all excersise and fitness, we got to make sure our organs working properly. I have always been a healthy eater but as soon as I would eat anything bad, I would gain weight. It was due to my thyroid & colon. I am doing things to correct this & finally losing weight. Many think its just diet & excercise but if your body is not functioning to its fullest, that can cause weight gain

  • Complete nonsense, I've tried these berries and they do nothing what so ever.

    If you want to lose weight, do a search for a health and fitness expert that hosts their own channel.

    They will tell you the hard truth with is a strict, calorie and content monitored diet and an exercise program of both resistance and cardio training.
