Aggressive Defenses - Fiore Sword Drill

This Aggressive Defenses drill is done in the style of Fiore, and is demonstrated by Bob See and Lisa Shea. In all of the examples Bob is attacking and Lisa is doing the aggressive defense, until the very end. At the end with the counterthrust, they change roles for the second half of the demonstration. At that point Lisa is attacking (thrusting) and Bob is doing the counterthrust.

Lisa, be careful not to drop your tip behind you in vom tag position and keep your passing steps smooth (Liberi and Talhoffer stressed them a lot). Great starting point. Best of luck! Hand nd a longsword is a great sport! I'd love to see it go pro and be up there with MMA.
