  • Kids, you will never look like this guy without: a) training for at least 10 years and b) shooting up lots of Deca and Dianobol.

But, then again, I doubt this guy claims to be natural. So, more power to him.

  • @lorddarunia And your a chicken. Now fuck off.

  • @rward0 Someone who isn't gay and doesn't care about appearence in the gym, and instead they care about comfort and flexible clothing. Fuck you fuck you fuck you.

  • @Hoopermazing And tall guys e.g. Conan Stevens, Alan Eltron Barrell, Noah Steere, Joel Stubbs, Aron Ridge, Bjørn Vestrum Olsson, Kerim Topsakal,Ed Van Amsterdam, Quincy Taylor etc etc etc.....

  • @MonoxideC For competitions e.g. Mr Olympia.

  • @duranfaster Using dumbbells and barbells requires you to stabilise the weight with other muscles, therefore building stabilization muscles. You can build muscles with cables and machines but you wont be able to lift the same weight with a barbell or dumbbell.

  • @robinho1979 >cannot push enough weight.

    Lower the weight.

  • @Hoopermazing body building is a sport you fucking idioctic fool. It's a form of physical activity which improves physical fitness and provide entertainment to participants ('Worlds strongest man' 'Mr Olympia').

  • @tirimut To enter competitions. To get sponsored and paid for body-building alone. For fun, the list goes on.

  • @tazemey the people with bigger muscles may be less flexible, but they are by far the strongest, the fewer reps you do with heavier weight, the more strength you train, the higher reps with lighter weight is lean endurance muscle.

  • @ThaGenius101 implying he does it to be attractive and not for a competition.
